Newly built home in 2020. Beautiful two story "New Orleans" style house in the heart of Downtown Pensacola. 3 bedrooms each having their own full bathroom. . You have full access to the home other than detached garage in the rear of the home and one closet for owner supplies. Easy key less entry for self check in. Two bedrooms upstairs including master and one down. Three bicycles provided. be some of the first to stay in this sparkling clean newly built home.

Must see attractions downtown from multiple museums to performing arts to nights out enjoying dancing and fun entertainment/night life. Only 9 miles to drive to beautiful Pensacola beach, or take the ferry from downtown to Ft Pickens national seashore or Pensacola Beach.
